First of all, I am stimulated by the act of completing a task. When I finish a job, it leads to more actions that I can accomplish. I've always been hungry to help people that need help in their investments and their lives. For the most part, it gives me the drive when I see people change their lives and lifestyles from the knowledge I provide.

My net worth is immeasurable. What I mean by that is I have a vast network, and I measure my net worth with my network.
What do you see in clients that other realtors don't?
Either people invest in their dream home or invest in our company. I've always put my own family first, and when I have clients, I treat them like family; I put my own family in their shoes to keep them protected 1000% of the time.
How do you reward yourself?
By taking care of myself, because when I am healthy, I am happy and motivated. After that, everything else falls into place.
What makes you different from other realtors?
First of all, in real estate, I don't see deals as sales and about money. I see through
the problematic families that never had a chance to get a shelter for their family, and I make it
possible for them to get a home. Secondly, what sets me aside from other realtors is that I multiply
myself by setting up a team. It is hard to be a one-person army because I strive to help millions of
families and even more if possible.
What's your advice to those aspiring to become successful like you in the world of real estate?
Be different. People like the opposite. Our new generation and society has switched to new ways and is unique. The old ways will not work as much nowadays. Spend time and money on relationships, current marketing strategies, and new knowledge. Get attention.
How do you see yourself in the next ten years?
Still with my feet on the ground no matter how high I reach my goals. I believe that this life is temporary and what makes a permanent impact is one’s legacy.
